HPSS keeps an eye out for theft in parking lot areas and keeps all “no parking” and “fire zone” areas clear from blocked and double-parked vehicles. We ensure entrance and exits are free from any blockage and we conduct regular maintenance checks for destruction such as broken or burned out light fixtures, and non-working sprinklers in common areas. We monitor enclosed trash bin areas to assure that no one is lurking behind the enclosed gate.

Unusual or suspicious activity will be inspected and immediately reported to management or local law enforcement. A copy of the Incident report will be sent to management.

  • Our security enforcement officers will respond to resident calls & complaints in a timely manner. Illegally parked vehicles in fire lanes must be towed. SEO’s will lock up facilities at a time approved by client. 
  • SEO’s will report burned out light bulbs and notify the maintenance department. 
  • A detailed Daily Activity Report will be completed after every shift.
